Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses - Essendon

We supposed to celebrate one of the most kind persons birthday and ordered the cake from here as we did last year. When we had the cake we were all shocked it was really tasteless and bitter and also different from what our friend had ordered from overseas. Nobody ate that cake.. she was so disappointed and felt so bad as nobody ate it. And next day when my friends went there to tell them that we are not happy with the cake this time she was being so rude to them and speaking with them very loudly and never listened to them at all as theyalready knew that what have they done.. even other friends told me who went with her about the whole scenario and I have seen the photos ( which are just about the cakes that they left it in the shop ) . In the end they left the cake there and sam's(owners) wife couldn't apologized for her behavior and the mistake they have done, not even at once and kept talking over them and refused to pay back. Very very rude, no customer service skills at all and don't know how to run the business as being so rude and loud.
I have never seen this kind of behavior before in any Ferguson shops in Melbourne. Head office should take some serious action for these people and this type of disrespectful behavior for the customers..
I will not recommend anyone to go there specially to my friends and other close people.. Better not to go there and not to buy even a lolies. Save ur money to buy from other bakeries and don't waste on this Essendon store ferguson plarre bakehouse .. very disappointed.. ruined my friend's special moment as it was her birthday...
